Rob Bignall
Sales DirectorI have spent all my life on the tools, as a craftsman and in construction from Carpenter to Joiner and now I am in the office undertaking the retail sales and surveys. I am a firm believer in good, honest advice and I am always happy to help. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful daughters and my grandchildren. I also love my motorbike, car racing and listening to live music in the local.

Installation ManagerI am a spurs fan but don’t hold that against me. A family man through and through, kids, dog and grey hairs. Like my colleague and close friend Rob, I have spent all my life on the tools as a craftsman and in construction. I might be a company director but I also like to get my hands dirty so I manage all projects on site. I am here for our customers A man of few words but when I speak they listen, I talk sense. I’m referred to as the grumpy one, I see myself as the founding member of the old men’s grumpy club, I had fun once but it was awful.

Trade Sales ManagerWould you believe I started out as a banker?! That’s a banker! I spent most of my 20’s in the financial world and then by chance ended up in the window industry. I am extremely lucky to have a wonderful family and a couple of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels thrown into the mix. With a wealth of customer service training, I love dealing with trade customers and building lasting relationships. It doesn’t take much to be kind, courteous and helpful but that’s what I like doing and I like to think I do it well.
